이번 영어 모의고사에서 오답률 1위를 기록한 빈칸 문제 해설을 준비했습니다.

영어가 절대평가가 됬다고는 하지만 30번대 문제들은 여전히 어렵습니다.

먼저 빈칸 주변을 꼭 봐야합니다.

주절의 핵심어는 She, reality~observers 입니다. 그리고 ,(콤마) 뒤 부연설명은 주절과 내용이 일치하겠죠?

그러니 부연설명에는 a reality가 나와있고, 주절에 나온 observers와 관련한 내용이 빈칸에 들어가야합니다.

이제 빈칸 주변을 보고 단서를 찾았으니 첫 문장부터 읽어봅니다.

두 대상을 구분하면서 읽어보니 빈칸 주변의 She는 The artist임을 알 수 있습니다.

② objectivity should be maintained => The artists는 주관성과 관련있음, objectivity와 노 상관

③ science and art need to harmonize => artists인데 science 관련 내용이라 안어울림

=> 빈칸의 내용은 dependent upon observers와 관련한 내용이 들어가야하는데, dependent와 반대됨.
